Standard Return Policy (30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase made via mosqitter.com, you may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by filling out the return formor contacting our customer care team at support@mosqitter.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety regulations.
- All original accessories and components must be included.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition, including the box and internal protective materials, without any signs of use, wear, or damage.
Return Shipping Options
Return shipping options are available only after an RMA has been issued by our customer support team. If the product is defective or damaged, return shipping is free of charge.
In all other cases, you may either:
- Ship the product back using your own carrier and provide a tracking number (Please do not send any items back without prior authorization. The return shipping address will be provided upon RMA approval), or
- Request a prepaid return label from us — the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please note:
- All refunds exclude any expedited shipping charges or finance charges.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and assumes all risk of loss or damage during return transit.
- Shipping, handling, customs duties, VAT, and similar charges are non-refundable.
- Returned products without an authorized RMA may be rejected.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.
Klarna-Specific Return & Refund Policy
The following conditions apply exclusively to purchases made through Klarna.
Eligibility for Return
For sanitary and safety reasons, only unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging are eligible for return. Items showing any signs of opening, handling, or tampering will not be accepted.
The following return options are not available for Klarna purchases: Restocking fee waivers, store credit, exchanges, or partial refunds.
Only full refunds to the original Klarna payment method are available, provided the return meets the eligibility criteria.
Refund Timeline
Approved returns will be processed within 14 business days after the product is received and inspected. Please note: Actual refund posting may depend on Klarna’s internal processing times, over which we have no control.
