Your Mosqitter® Mini comes with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the original owner and requires proof of purchase.
What’s Covered:
- Defects in materials and workmanship occur when the device is used, stored, and installed properly.
- If a defect is found, Mosqitter® will either:
- Repair the defective product, or
- Replace components with equivalent functional parts.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Notify Mosqitter®’s service department within 30 calendar days of noticing an issue.
- Provide a description of the malfunction and, if requested, allow access for inspection.
What’s Not Covered:
- Accidental or intentional damage (drops, impacts, etc.).
- Natural disasters (fire, flood, lightning, etc.).
- Power surges, outages, or instability.
- Liquids, substances, or foreign objects entering the device.
- Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs.
- UV lamp or replacement trapping net.
- Any indirect, punitive, or incidental damages caused by misuse or warranty violations.
Compliance:
This device complies with FCC Part 15 Rules. It may not cause harmful interference but must accept any interference received. Unauthorized modifications may void your authority to operate the equipment.
